Since l've found your videos of Jack Benny a week ago l believe l have watched every day since .. they're hilarious! All good clean fun ...
I can remember my Mum talk about listening to Jack Benny and Fibber McGee n Molly on the radio back in her day. She lived with her siblings and Mother on a farm in Saskatchewan, Canada not far from the Montana border so they were able to listen to American radio programs.. My Mum pasted away in 2019 at the age of 96 years young .. and l miss her everyday ..
So when l listen to these videos l think of my Mum.. ❤️ ..
Thank you posting! I enjoy the videos immensely 😊

i was born in 61' and I knew Jack Benny as a guest star on sitcoms, variety and game shows. These broadcasts have made me a big Jack Benny fan as I listen to several shows a week.

Hey Frank these Jack Benny radio shows are great. I really like the Jack Benny program but these are just as good or better. A little bit before my time (born 1952) I get a chance now to listen to them. I find them funnier and more relaxing. They didn't rely on any visual for laughs. This is my little escape from this present crazy world. Thanks. :)

The "feud" between Jack and Fred Allen began when Stuart Canin appeared on Fred's "TOWN HALL TONIGHT" in December 1936, and performed "The Bee". After he finished, Fred declared, "A certain violinist should hang his head in shame." Jack made a disparaging remark about Fred's comment on his show the following Sunday...and that's how it snowballed. On this program, Jack is determined to PROVE that he can play "The Bee" as well as Stuart Canin could...

David Letterman stole the "feud" idea from Jack and Fred; after Letterman had moved to CBS, a "feud" went on with between David and Dan Rather. 🤣
