Great Story But i don't agree with you on the comment " don't think of the top" As a goal getter, you have to set a plan for yourself and work towards it, that is the motor that drives success, so is very important for everyone that wants to succeed to set a goal and time for it then work towards it!

I agree with his thoughts. Thinking of the top is frustrating, it can snatch the present day's adventures and fun. Just enjoy the ride and savor each moment, who knows one day when you wake you're on the top already.
He reminds me of Richard Geer's character Edward from "Pretty Woman". It's mainly the way he speaks. That calm, assertive and ever so confident tone.
