With all due respect, Debrah, you know, what you are saying is, you know, all, you know, all common places and has absolutely nothing to do with 'Creating A Successful Hotel'. The things, you know, you are mentioning are, you know, important but, you know, of secondary importance when the topic, you know, 'Creating A Successful Hotel' comes up. What you are, you know, saying is the '101 Of Better Sameness', you know, but will not help to 'Creating A Successful Hotel', you know.

her "grooming" standards i do understand but jesus can't help but feel this is why the young best of the best don't choose a hotel career in 2021 anymore and would go for an office environment or working for someone who hasn't jumped out a Charles Dickens novel, yes be smart but god that work environment sounds very drab for whats probably a low end wage. give me a job in a lower down hotel where staff look like they enjoy themselves and in turn want to be there and in turn guests have enjoyment from that environment over this Edwardian manor house feel any day.
