Underrated moment...Kids yelling, "Stranger," when Dominic was taken.
These things are more memorable when a realistic teaching moment is applicable.
Absolutely right 👍
Crisp should have run out the window
Yes indeed, a very dramatic scene
True True
“ you’re not so tough without your car” that had me laughing 😂 and is one of the best lines in the movie.
I quote that line all the time!😂
Best line from a Supporting character who is it the Main character.
@@megalon73Yup. And the supporting Good Guy defeats the supporting Bad Guy.
جيد جدا في غاية الروعة
جيد جدا وفي غية الروعة
One of the best genre benders ever - part cop thriller, part rom com, part family comedy - and it all works! Love the music score too. Fantastic.
Yes most definitely.
Underrated classic! This could be educational content were it not for the drugs and killings.
Ivan Reitman. Same guy as Ghostbusters 1 and 2.
This is the only movie where a ferret is the hero who saves the day.
Pharut*
Yeah usually most Ferret Buller’s have a the day off
What's a ferret?
What about in beast master? One of the ferrets sacrificed himself>
And why not? I'm sure he appreciated all the love he was shown by the kids and how well Mr. Kimble took care of him. I'm sure he was also grateful that Dominic was trying to save him.
"I'm your father" i like how Dominick says "my father lives in france" like Dominick knows better
Imagine if Luke Skywalker said that in the Empire Strikes Back
Indeed!!❤❤
@@scouttrooper2871😂
1:43 those are smart kids. I loved the part where the kids see Mr. Kimble and asked if he’s ok when he was being taken to the hospital
Not sure where I learned this, but those kids weren't told that this part was all fake. They were genuinely worried for Arnold's life.
@@terragthegreat175for real? Genius then.
I love that Arnold carried a full-size pistol in an ankle-holster! Great movie!
To be fair Arnold’s ankles are bigger than full sized pistols😂
I was thinking the same thing. I haven't watched this movie in decades and I didn't remember that part you would expect. you know most people would carry like a subcompact like wheel gun or you know like small Walther or something. not like a full size Beretta😅
You never know where evil could lurk
Up must be ready.
When films were films no cgi no far fetched story just pure action and no bs definitely one of my favourite movies and if you ask me Arnie played a blinder
Well, they might've used CG in some of those movies, but yes, their focus was on the quality. Great stories with good characters, and actually caring about what they did, and not just trying to get a quick buck as cheaply as possible.
A cop going undercover as a Kindergarten teacher isn't far fetched at all? Then again, reality tends to make fiction look normal in comparison, so maybe it isn't.
@ZeldaEd123 in our politically charged world you better believe the state would infiltrate schools under cover. Why else do you think more and more schools are activists camps?
You're not so tough without your car are ya?!!!
😂😂😂😂😂😂
ZINGGGG get em
One of my favorite movies the way that he said "you're not so though with your car" that had me laughing 😂😂

“You’re not so tough withOUT your car”

Upwork
One of my favourite movies with Schwarzenegger! I'd have to thank Ivan Reitman and Universal for making the film and I give this film a positive review, praising the performances, the direction, cinematography, score and plot. I'll rate this film an "A" grade!
Arnold always spoke highly of working with Ivan........Twins was such a success they quickly collaborated again and this is what we got.

5:30 Love how they deactivated the brake lights so that the car could come almost to a dead stop before the impact without the brakes showing. What a laugh.
The bad guy looks like a 90s Channing Tatum
I thought the same thing.
Looks like he owns Cobra Kai. lol

LOL relax, you'd have to hit someone WAY harder than she did to cause those kind of injuries you described. Take it easy, doctor 🙄
Had someone try to kill me by hitting me with their car if the same if not worse
@@somnuswaltz5586 Well in the context of the story, maybe that was how hard she hit her. Besides, the "grandma" had to be at least 60 years old in the context of the story. Pretty sure human bones aren't as strong then as they are in your 20's and 30's. The actors themselves probably didn't get hurt at all, but the characters suffered injuries, obviously.
crisp doesn't scare easily but seeing those kids stare at him and yell stranger made him head for the hills 🤣
"You're not so tough without your car, are ya?" should be in a list of Top 100 Movie Quotes.
This is nostalgia. I love this movie so much ❤
I do too !
This is one of the best cinematic films in all aspects, in terms of story, photography, or events, and one of my favorite works.
“I’m no jerk fireman” That was uncalled for
Yes, but when you're talking about a convict who isn't right in the head that's more paranoid than Dale Gribble from King of the Hill, it shouldn't come as much of a surprise. I mean, the guy was willing to burn down a school, punch Dominic's mother in the face, and even have his own mother get in on the ordeal just to take his kid away from his mother and likely put him in a toxic environment.
Toxic would be putting it too lightly. If the Crisps were successful in abducting Dominic the kid would have likely gotten killed along the way. Thankfully Kimble and O’Hara were there to save the day
@@nascarfanatic2425why didn’t Kimble act like Dirty Harry
@@1223steffen My guess is because there was a child involved in the situation, and he didn't want Dominic to get hurt.
@@nascarfanatic2425dirty Harry is much better.

"You're right I'm no jerk fireman"
Neither am i.
Thank you very much, Universal, for uploading this wonderful clip, with high-level images, sound, photography, and dialogue
It always struck me how earlier in the movie John Kimbel tells the children that the ferret never bites, and later he bites Crisp. Even the little ferret knows who the bad guy is.
Arnold really did well on this movie, its really heartwarming and worth it
Amazing movie . A lot of morals
I remember this scene always unsettled me as a kid, especially for a mostly light-hearted film
A more than wonderful film, the pinnacle of creativity
Crisp "The boy is mine, he's my boy"
The Ferret "No, HE'S MY BOY"

Watched this movie a few times, and it's sad the stuff they cut out on TV. I'm pretty sure this clip shows Crisp getting shot more times and the second baseball bat shot was also cut out in UK TV.

Geez, all those kids screaming and panicking during the fire while Kimble's class evacuates calmly... my, how the tables have turned compared to the fire drill earlier!
Good thing the school had a fire sprinkler system; my public schools don't have any! (Though my high school will obviously get fire sprinklers as part of the planned expansion and renovation.)
I like the teenage couple making out in the teacher's lounge, oblivious to the fire; obviously it's a K-8 school. (Funny enough, the elementary school I went to for kindergarten actually became a K-8 school in 2006!)
Beautiful memories with this movie
I was abused a lot of a child, but I always came back to these scenes to make me feel like I was the star to save everybody…. I know it sounds stupid, but it got me through my horrible childhood.
A beautiful and familial movie that rises to the level of viewing
Okay, this is the FIRE DRILL! Come on.

I’m no law enforcement expert, but I’m pretty sure that you never give the bad guy your gun. That way he will have two guns and more hostages.
What about Dominic?
Kimble should have said I will assault your mom

Nice scene of a legendary actor i have seen all his movies❤❤❤
3:55 this movie still makes me remember the time when I saw Batman the animated series episode of see no evil as Kimberly was almost kidnapped by her father until Batman showed up. 7:56 good ferret. 8:00 you’re terminated! 9:29 you got whacked the baseball bat, lady!
No defense of krisp but I believe he was stuck. Had he tried to get out of the drug industry he would have been killed. He embraced the trade for survival.

One has to ask, why didn't the kids just go out the windows instead going into the hallway that was full chaos, panic, smoke and fire. However, despite the fact the kindergarden classroom appears to be on the first floor of the building, the windows in the classroom indicate they were raised ruling the possibility of the kids simple going out the window.
Annie sure kept that gun held towards those two teens for a long time! 😂😹🤣

The hardest scene from me was when the children had to go into the Smokey hallway scared and other children were screaming.
