Not necessarily. The "fox walk" as it is known isn't always best. The principle behind it yes, but it might be better sometimes to roll from your heel to the side of your foot, put the side of your foot down first whatever. It's just the principle of being careful where you walk, and being careful how you distribute weight.
Sources: I like snacks late at night. I am experienced in getting my snacks.

*tries to breathe through nose but its mostly blocked, nose starts running, soon about to sneeze and just fucks everything up*
flu's, colds and the fact my nose can get runny for whatever reason is the reason I try no longer breathe through my nose in any situation. I can do it as I'm watching this video, but I chose to always go to breathing through my mouth. It's the best way if you dont want to deal with any dumb shit to do with the nose
even then it is still possible to figure out how you can breathe slow and quiet through the mouth, though sometimes you may need to also suck in your stomach ect. good video though, wasn't expecting to find ninja like videos when looking up how to just walk quietly. Opened up a lot more on what I can take from these
