Coming to today's topic , my personal opinion is all these health drinks are more of marketing gimmicks , these drinks are in very high sugar content, i wud prefer homemade drinks. Eg. Milk with almond powder,or hot chocolate milk.

Hi mansi i just wanted to share one thing that i also started a health drink which i used to drink in my childhood and that is bornvita.. But my 23 month old boy doesn't like it.. Then i try a organic health drink of tots and mom's almond and dates,.. He really love the taste.. I really would recommend this organic one instead of any market brand ...i really got very nice result..
