Emory Williams is QB1 after this season hands down his composer , and his arm is better than a lot of people think plus Emory just has that it factor 💯
I actually thought both he and Poffenbarger looked good, Poff was in during the A&M game of course. But I agree, Emory looks awesome! At the very least it should be a great competition for both to see who wins QB1 in the off-season for 2025.
Key to this game is how our OL opens up running lanes vs USF DLine. If that unit plays like they did at the Swamp, we’ll win big. If they play like against FAMU and Ball State, we could lose. We finally started humming in the second half but can’t do that against very good teams.
Umm what?…the OL didn’t play bad enough to make a difference in both games!!..the reason Cams a heisman hopeful is because the line is protecting him long enough!..the line does need to get better but it hasn’t played “bad” enough to say they could lose if they play the same
Damien Martínez is our #1 back . He is the best pure RB on our roster and we will see this as the season progresses and we start conference play. He is built like a truck and is very durable. fletch is great and so are the others but Martinez is a NFL ready back and will prove his worth throughout the season.
Miami Hurricanes flipping TJ Alfred 6'2 210lbs 2023: TC Palm's Defensive Player of the Year. Totaled 114 tackles (12 TFL), 6 PBU, 4 sacks, 3 QBH and an INT.
Emory is going to be great. He has an elite level deep touch. Hopefully Mario won't screw him over and he doesn't transfer and gets a legitimate shot at the U.
I think Ajay Allen is being reserved in case the top 2 running backs get worn down or get injured since he has the most experience after Martinez and Fletcher. They also are holding him out from more reps until ACC play.
Miami Hurricanes team take South Florida serious they held Alabama 183yds after 3 quarters, South Florida ran 209yds4.5avg vs Alabama 210yds in the fourth quarter. The fourth-quarter scoring drives took four plays, three plays, two plays and finally just one. TD's Pass 43,23,Run 56,29
Nobody should be worried about Miami run game. With the pass game so great we are wearing down these defenses chasing us around making them tired which makes running easier. We are using the pass game to open up run game instead of run opening up pass game. We are good
I was just telling someone this same thing.. we’re using our passing game to open up our running game.. that usually means u have a good passing game.. look at how Pat Mahomes passes to open it up for Isaiah Pacheco..
I've been saying this about the USF game .. the Bulls will be juiced but we will pull away because of the depth and physicality, Cam will be Cam but it'll be death by running back committee for USF
Ellijah Griffin DT Miami Hurricanes can play immediately & not wait a 1-2 yrs behind other starters 5 star Georgia recruits & move him around on the line play with 3 DT 2 5 stars Blount,Scott.
Something y'all might not know/remember... Bama was missing both of their starting OTs for the USF game. In the 4th qtr, they put one of their OTs in the game and their offense took off.
Emory is a great back up. The problem is 2 fold, #1 he doesnt go thru his progessions. He locks in and keeps the ball safe if somethings not there. He also always looks for the short pass first. (Which is great for a backup whi needs to play in mip up duty or keep the team afloat for a quarter for whatever reason) Great qbs (A) go thru their progressions quick and also great qbs progress from deep to short. I have zero doubt we will be hitting the portal for QB1 next year. With the way the offense looks right now we are gonna be a destination for the top 2 or 3 qbs that ender the portal.
The portal will work for us but will depend on who’s available. If a great QB is stuck behind a weak OL that just can’t give him time to shine, Cam proves the U is where you can thrive. But that scenario doesn’t happen every year, we got lucky that Washington State’s O line was horrible.
Nah we won't portal a qb next yr. This was to get Emory ready and he will do well. He beat harder teams than Cam so far!. That's a fact.! Cam is the better qb now but Emory is the Guy next yr. Shit dude Cam missing wide open guys too since you trying to say Emory doesn't progress. Bet next yr he is up.!

Henry Parrish would be my #1 out of these RB's would love Martinez/Fletcher 1a/1b Allen/Lyle 2a/2b Allen needs more looks he has the biggest upside it's hard to get everyone touches especially when we're on fire in the passing game
We aren’t giving Martinez the right plays. His strengths are Stretches… running plays off the tackle and counter plays. Where he gets a running start from the backfield. We need to go under the center a little bit
Guy says Anez Cooper was back in the huddle, that’s a lie the guy was laying down with team doctors around him on the field for like 10 minutes 😂. What’s this guy talking about lol
Don't believe anything Mario or UM says about injuries. Cooper had a very noticeable limp and looked uncomfortable. I predict if he plays he'll leave the game injured again.
FSU went 0-3 Three times. Once under Biden, and twice under G5 Norvell. Both Mike and Billie only know how to recruit Legacy or G5 talent. Neither of the two aforementioned teams know how to develop
Never trust anything Mario says about injuries. He mentions "soft tissue" injuries. Hamstrings, groins, high ankle sprains, etc. are soft tissue injuries. Those are injuries that can last many, many weeks. He made light of R Rodriguez's injury. He'll probably miss at least 4 games - same with D Brown. Bain was supposed to be 2 weeks. Tune Mario out when he talks about injuries

Long as Mario keeps the talent in house Emory is going to 🏈 out. I see a special kid when he puts everything on the line like against FS💩.
He is super accurate and a real baller.
Emory will fit this system just fine I agree
I didn't know Emory wrote music scores. That's dope!
Really good news about Cooper and Rivers, we really need them.
"Great Wall of Mirabol"
Love our Oline and the Size and toughness.
The ACC SWITCHING TO THE VA game really sucked.
You can say that again.
Yeah nobody wanted to see va play we want ed to see Miami running it up
I went on RUclips in about five minutes. I found it in my the rest of the game.
What's even crazier is they switched over before the UVA game even kicked off like who thought this was a good idea?!?!
Had all of us scrambling.
I was happy for Bobby Washington seeing out in the field.
This Ajay Allen definitely makes the Canes a duel threat offense, this is definitely our year. Go Canes!!
Boys really paid Norvell $80 mil to make fsu worst than Memphis. 😂
#TheFallisComplete 🍡
Yeap and paid them Bama guys and DJU good NIL $$ to get no return on investment.

We shall see.... i think his draft stock would drop a little. He will still get drafted but not as high if he stayed at Oregon st.
I don't think people realize how good the Oregon St Oline was last year. One of their lineman was taken in the first 10 picks in the draft.

Looking forward to the So. Cal game. They have the best looking cheerleaders. 🤗
I think Ajay Allen is being reserved in case the top 2 running backs get worn down or get injured since he has the most experience after Martinez and Fletcher. They also are holding him out from more reps until ACC play.
Ajay is a beast
Ajay knows how to bounce to the outside
Wasn't Emory throwing to 2ns stringers too
All I saw were freshmen and sophomores out there when he was in
He loooed good bro
@johnlockard674 Yes, he was. Imagine when he plays with the first stringers.
Emory Williams will be in the mix next year!
Go Canes Go Miami
Ball State implemented a defense against the run. So Cam Ward blistered them in an air raid.

Wow that would so freaking nice. Hope we can flip him
When Miami beat this team bad. People will say USF is not good lol
How long is d brown out for?
Heard he was in a walking boot and a scooter
Something y'all might not know/remember... Bama was missing both of their starting OTs for the USF game. In the 4th qtr, they put one of their OTs in the game and their offense took off.

I like Emory. I think he could battle next year to start. He is still young and learning.
It'll come with more experience.
You have to develop your high school QBs. You can’t guarantee your receivers/TEs with portal quarterbacks.
The portal will work for us but will depend on who’s available. If a great QB is stuck behind a weak OL that just can’t give him time to shine, Cam proves the U is where you can thrive. But that scenario doesn’t happen every year, we got lucky that Washington State’s O line was horrible.

Whats up with Marley Cook? Is he ever going to play?
What about Jacolby George? He seemed to dealing with some kind of nagging injury during the game. Is he gonna be able to play in the USF game ?

My guess is 50-50 for this week but back for sure by VT
Thanks for the reply(locked on and locked in) 🔒
Correction. NORVELL went 0-3 in his 2nd season. It's a Norvell pattern now. 😂
What happened with Elijah Melendez flipping to Auburn?
He had always kept his options open. I am not sure why he committed to Miami so early in the first place. I wish him all the best

Who is going to be miami qb next year
Probably go to Portal again
As long as Tyler Baron starts and gets most reps I’m ok!!
What about Bain
Will Bain be back for USF?
Sounds iffy, probably for V tech
That fine 2 more sacks for Baron!
Keep him out this week and make sure he is definitely back
Don't ask Mario about injuries cause you won't get a reliable answer.
ESPN gives USF a better shot against Miami than FSU!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
TIME STAMPS PLEASE...
I need you to watch the entire thing lol
U guys need to listen closer. Not what Mario said.
I've been saying Mark Fletcher should've been starting last year. Martinez should lose reps
Sam Brown dropping balls is an issue...
