Hmm, is it normal if you look at light bulb and then avert your eyes away or blink, you get to see memory of light. Isn't it light flash? My flash memory from vision goes away for like 3-5 mins. + This is happening to me 1.5+ years lol. Plus I got astigmatism, halos around light but no floaters.
I use to imagine them as ghost hanging around the room, because when I look directly at them they get away fast. I had mine since a teen I’m near sighted.
I was a grade schooler when I first noticed these. I had just recently learned about microscopes, so thought I was seeing “dust” enlarged. Lol It never occurred to me to wonder how this happened to work only for “dust”.
I felt it once like 2-3 years ago...I explained it to my father and then neglected it.....and now I have come up to this video.. I am worried what should I do now?? Because It didn't happen again😰

@@Lucas-hh4oh graves is not cancer. its a common autoimmune issue where my thyroid gland sends out too many antibodies and attacks my body. Graves Eyes is also common with hyperthyroidism. I have 8 family members on my mothers side who all have it.
What you say is exactly true! I have floaters ( l have had them for years) Several years ago I was driving during a vacation and noticed my left eye suddenly had a TON of more floaters! I came quickly back home and had my eyes checked. My Opthamologist told me I immediately needed laser surgery to repair my torn retina (30% tear). I ended up going to a Eye specialist and ended with over 2100 eye spot laser in my eye. Otherwise I would be blind in that eye.
Some people get suicidal from benign floaters. It bothers them too much. It took me a year to calm down and I wasn't suicidal but the others...oof, years later still.
When I was little I saw this a lot and I used to think it made me special or something, but it also concerned me at the same time. Nobody I knew at the time could explain what I was seeing, so I never knew why I was seeing floaters. It’s cool to finally know after all these years what it was.

In 2010 I fell ill and after some weeks I started to see a lot of these floaters. Went for a check up and there was nothing wrong with my eyes. After 12 years they are still here!

Actually it's impossible, if your eyeball pop out and fall. Cuz your eyeball is attached with 4 muscles (right,left, up and down). There is some diseases called Graves Disease, that's causes bulging eye, but it won't make you fall your eye or make you blind .

I was standing there in the crowd watching it unfold and then the next thing I know I’m stumbling back trying to not fall over, felt like there was a 100lb dumbbell pulling me down on my right side, I stumbled back while leaned over for about 10 yards, have no idea who hit me. And after that I got floater in my right eye permanently, always floating around when I’m awake, a black dot with a couple tails.

I got eye floaters and thought they might be parasites, so I ate a ton of garlic and it went away. (Garlic is anti-parasitic.) Garlic seems to have gotten rid of it twice. Either mine are actually parasites, garlic impacts the floaties, or it is just coincidence.

I went to the eye doctor as a child and they were worried I may have eye cancer. Turns out it was a vitreous floater casting a shadow near the back where the main nerve is.

I get blurred vision/double vision, I get the sunburst effect when lights are on as if theirs water over then causing streaks of light, see dark spots but my eye doctor said I’m okay haha. Gotta love the health care industry.
I lost my eyesight after seeing really dark floaters and bright flashes. In my case it was not retina detachment, but uveitis and sth else.. possibly caused by tuberculosis. Doctors managed to save my eyes

Eaven if you have retinal detachment the doctors will only tell you that you need surgery (if it keeps happening and you lose you eyesight) because there is no way to treat it

How do you know if your cornea is detaching? Is seeing spots at times at the corner of my eye a sign to worry about?
That's very common, just based on what you've described. Although if it's causing frequent bother, no harm in getting checked for anything else

Retinal detachment gives off the same energy when your monitor cable isn't plugged in all the way

I get occular migraines which pretty much is the floaters but it covers most of your vision

Floaters aren't something that come and go. If you have them you have them 24 7 not throughout the day.
