Hmm, is it normal if you look at light bulb and then avert your eyes away or blink, you get to see memory of light.
      Isn't it light flash?
My flash memory from vision goes away for like 3-5 mins. + This is happening to me 1.5+ years lol.
Plus I got astigmatism, halos around light but no floaters.

What you say is exactly true! I have floaters ( l have had them for years) Several years ago I was driving during a vacation and noticed my left eye suddenly had a TON of more floaters! I came quickly back home and had my eyes checked. My Opthamologist told me I immediately needed laser surgery to repair my torn retina (30% tear). I ended up going to a Eye specialist and ended with over 2100 eye spot laser in my eye. Otherwise I would be blind in that eye.

Actually it's impossible, if your eyeball pop out and fall. Cuz your eyeball is attached with 4 muscles (right, left, up and down).
There is some diseases called Graves Disease, that's causes bulging eye, but it won't make you fall your eye or make you blind .

I was hit on my right eye/temple area in a brawl, at the end of high school. I was standing there in the crowd watching it unfold and then the next thing I know I’m stumbling back trying to not fall over, felt like there was a 100lb dumbbell pulling me down on my right side, I stumbled back while leaned over for about 10 yards, have no idea who hit me. And after that I got floater in my right eye permanently, always floating around when I’m awake, a black dot with a couple tails.
