As for why Jin was so concerned about the baby, if you recall, when Jin gave Clair something to eat, and she felt the baby move, she grabbed Jin's hand and had him feel the baby move. I think, as embarrassed as Jin was at that time, he made some connection. A connection with new life, right there on the island, amongst all the trauma. So based on that, I think that's where his concern came from.
That's exactly the reason why. Jin has more of a connection to Claire and the baby than most of them.

Claire deserves a lot of credit for wanting to help them trap Ethan.
It's easy to miss how brave she was, because catching Ethan/getting answers is obviously what we want to see. But she's so heavily pregnant and (if nothing else) she could have easily slipped and fallen (and hurt the baby) as she was running away from him in all that mud and rain.
First time around, I was very frustrated when Charlie shot him, but I also totally understood why he did it. Loved the reaction, guys ❤

And the Charlie/Ethan scene never fails! We get so angry and frustrated, but at the end of the day, we understand Charlie.

Esse é um dos flashbacks mais ruins! Lembro que na época eu estava louco pq tava muito mais interessado no que estava acontecendo na ilha!

Of course it was disappointing to see Ethan die without getting answers as the viewer but I also believe it was quite risky to take Ethan prisoner when I try to put myself into their shoes. He's strong, he's appearantly very familiar with the environment, he's experienced in jungle conditions, our team aren't professional guards or anything, we don't really have a cell or somewhere safe to keep him locked in without any doubt, he could have friends to rescue him and he would have a pretty good sense of what weapons and strengths our team have for a possible next time, so it would be much harder to ambush/capture him again, if somehow he escaped.
That said, I don't think I could easily shoot him or even vote to shoot him just out of my personal morals. I wouldn't be comfortable with killing but if someone, like Charlie, took initiative and did it I wouldn't be too angry either. Although, logically I would maybe argue that he could do such a thing after Sayid interrogated him for a short while, like a few hours or the nightfall at most. So, we wouldn't risk to keep him around but we could at least try our luck to get some answers, and that would also give him a chance to explain himself maybe. Not that there could be a real justifiable explanation for what he did but just to honour the notion that everyone should have a right to defend themselves at least, before being executed. (I'm saying this in the case that execution is already decided and not up to me, as I said I don't think I could vote for execution as well even though it looks like the more logical route. But also, I've never been in an extreme situation like them, maybe that would also push me beyond my moral limits, I don't know.)
We can't really say what we would do in an extreme situation like that. Of course first time viewers get angry because they want answers and Ethan was the closest thing to someone who could provide some. Would he? Don't think so, and thus we can understand Charlie. Not only because of that, but he was hung on that tree. That's gotta be a good reason.
As you said, it's complicated to know what we would do. We can only imagine that we would act according to our moral standards, but who knows.

I watched the second Lost-batch first, and then powered through the first, and now I am finally caught up with this third crew. This group started bit cautiously, and I was honestly bit disappointed from the Walkabout reaction, but they were great in the Moth episode, and they are constantly getting better and better. Now, Victor might already be my favorite of all of Rodrigos Lost reactors, he is very quick to pick up things and connect stuff with existing information, and he does not seem to be afraid to show emotions, excellect reactor 🙂 also the dynamics of this group are quite nice, especially Mayra and Victor seem like they will be butting heads in future - which is great! Great work, Rodrigo!

Obrigado, Rodrigo. Observe que Locke nos pareceu um homem que tem todas as respostas, como Mayra perguntou, há algo que John Locke não sabe? Mas neste momento às 4:51, quando Boone pergunta a John Locke sobre Ethan, vemos como John Locke se parece pela primeira vez, ou seja, o que ele não sabe, e parece que isso nem o faz se sentir bem, e Boone está acostumado com o fato de que Johnny Locke sabe tudo. Na verdade, achei esse momento muito engraçado. Até John Locke fez uma cara pensativa, não só nós! Quanto a como me sinto sobre Charlie atirar em Ethan, para ser sincero, esse ato da parte de Charlie me pareceu cruel, já que Ethan já havia sido pego. Por outro lado, entendi o que Charlie estava sentindo por dentro, já que ele decidiu fazer tal ato. Charlie colocou a segurança de Claire e do bebê em primeiro lugar, em vez de respostas. Claro, eu não gostaria que Ethan fosse morto, embora eu também não esperasse respostas dele. E eu só gostaria de entender como é o Ethan, mesmo que ele não nos diga nada. Aliás, Rodrigo, notei que você está usando uma camiseta esportiva, sei que a Copa América está chegando, desejo boa sorte à Seleção Brasileira! Desde criança e ainda amo a Seleção Brasileira de futebol!

Pois é, acho que eu comento isso num futuro vídeo... Locke recebe sinais da ilha, mas não sabe exatamente tudo, e ainda mais, ele apesar de ser um personagem muito carismático, não é frio o suficiente pra analisar as questões, e acaba agindo mais pela intuição e vontade em descobrir as coisas da ilha.

Isso é o que você descreveu, e é isso que eu gosto sobre Locke. Esse é meu personagem favorito. Mas os outros personagens também são interessantes. Parece que todos os personagens reunidos de diferentes filmes exibidos no flashback. Provavelmente, a partir de flashbacks para personagens individuais, seria possível fazer filmes separados para cada personagem principal😃. Mas todos eles se reuniram nesta ilha🙂. Uma série incrível
