Thank you my friend for your message, like edible guipure and like fondant, they dry after some time in the air and should be used on the cake after making.
Thank you dear, You can keep it in plastic and away from air for a few days, but it usually dries over time and it is better to prepare them when used.
Thank you, my friend, depending on the humidity of your dough, it will take from four to twelve hours to dry, and you can keep it in a tight package for up to a month so that air does not enter it.
Wow, this really works? We don't have to mess around with gelatine and cornstarch mixtures? I imagine the challenge is it drying out faster, so it becomes less flexible if you make it in advance. But fantastic if applying straight away! So much easier.
Thank you for attention, Like fondant, they dry in the air. It is better to produce them when used, but you can keep them in plastic without air penetration and in the refrigerator.
@@themeenakshi1, good observation, but no. Fondant melts from condensation, so, if wrapped properly, and allowed to return to room temperature prior to unwrapping, the fondant will not get condensation on it and will not dissolve itself. Humidity is a killer for fondant, not refrigeration.
Thank you for sharing I would like to try it looks very easy but is it really that easy? Do I need to know anything more I’ve never done this before. Thanks in advance
Howmlong do you dry it before taking it off? I have a big sheet for a cake in a few months and I wanna do some lace at the bottom. Any recommendations or advice? might wanna practice soon
Thank you for your message I experimented with several types of fondant, only the drying time was different I do not think it makes much difference because the raw materials for making fondant are almost constant and if you pay attention, the raw material of fondant is similar to edible lace.
Came here to see how to make sugar lace and discovered something. You have my maiden name: Deniz. Would love to know if you’re a relative of mine. I’m originally from Gardena/Torrence, CA and my father is Portuguese and Mexican.
Thank you, my friend, for being on my channel, I am very happy that your last name is also my daughter's name, but no, I am not one of your acquaintances.
Hello my friend, it must have been because of the quality of your fondant. For more flexibility, you can add a very small amount of edible glycerin to the ingredients and then make an edible lace with it.

Thank you my friend for your message, like edible guipure and like fondant, they dry after some time in the air and should be used on the cake after making.

Hello thank you for your help and sharing your experience with us
Question is this home made fondant or readymade
Waiting for your reply
Hello my dear friend, thank you for your massage, I used readymade fondant for this experience❤️🌷🙏
@@denizcooking2159 thank you for reply 🤗
Thanks, It's nice
Please how can I preserve it long time??

Que material es.. fondant?
Gelatin , sugar, water and glucose
This is brilliant idea..now will just invest on lace mats...How long do u keep it to firm or set in the mould? & how long can it be preserved & how ?

I've used it once, and it worked beautifully! I have to use it again so I'm re-watching some videos!
Yes, my dear friend, it is easier and should be used after making it, if too much time passes, it will dry out
I am glad that it was useful for you
Can i use marshmallow fondant?
What I have read and tried you need to add a little CMC\tylose powder to it. But I can’t find out how much to add
I use gelatin based fondant
It will help you, add very little because the amount of fondant is also very little
thanks for sharing! how do you store them?

Cuánto tiempo duran, y cómo deben almacenarse?
Depending on the type of fondant, it takes about six to ten hours to be ready. It must be used within a day or two, otherwise it will dry out
Can u use marshmallow fondant with cmc powder
Hello my friend, I didn't use marshmallow fondant for this, I don't know what the result is
Wow, gracias por compartir tu tips! Y conocimientos!
What kind of fondant do you use
I use commercial fondant
It crumbled as I tried removing it from the mold. Should you add glycerin or something?
No, I didn't add anything, but your fondant may not have enough glycerin, so add a small amount and don't let it dry too much.
Have anyone tried and it came out well?
Can I place the lace on fresh whipped cream cake since it make out of fondant?
Yes, let the cream cake stay in the refrigerator for a few hours to dry the moisture and then use it
@@denizcooking2159 Thank you! I'll give it a try sometime soo.
Where you bought this silicon mould?
*From the confectionery store*
This is just fondant ? We don’t hav to add tylos? Or is it gumpaste ? Can we use homemade fondant ??
Hi my friend, yes just fondant, no need for tylos or gumpaste.
Genius
thank you my friend
Would it be easier to spray some oil on mats beforehand?
Hello my friend, I don't do this because there is no need
Sir kya krna pdta hai
It is only normal fondant or is a gum paste?
Hello, my friend, it is normal fondant.
Do you use fondant to cover a cake or to make a figure?
Apparently she used only fondant and water to make the lace. Can't believe!! I'll try but....I don't think so
My friend, I use both methods, I use both fondant and cream to cover the cake
