Honestly, I just can’t see how the sith warrior, light or dark, would ever spare Baras. Striking him down is the most rational option. If you keep him imprisoned you run the risk of him escaping and causing further havoc later on. It’s not like he can be redeemed. He doesn’t want to be. Killing him means he’s out of your path and ensures no one will suffer further under him.
I kept him alive mainly because I thought it would be worse for him. If I could chose his punishment that I would send him to a slave labor. Watching him working in mines far from his former glory

The problem is that he inspired loyalty but always betrayed those loyal to him. That resulted in him being widely known as a cowardly bastard among the Sith. No one would support him in case he would be cornered.
I feel like it's the most sigma chad way of defeating him. He told you to kill your first master, you didn't and he believe you did. You deceived him throughout your journey - especially with your light side choices, ironically. Making you all the more true to sith ways. Then, when you finally confront him he learns all of your lies and treachery. Then, in battle, he learns not only did your capacity decieve surpassed his - your capacity for violence also does. Then, when you spare him, he realizes your arrogance also surpasses his. It's the greatest way to defeat him, allowing him to live life with the knowledge that while he orchestrated your success through the Empire, you were orchestrating his downfall. Zash wouldn't of fallen for it.
@@lucas8455 No I mean there should be an option to kill him at the time of the duel with Darth Baras he openly challenged the emperor when he sided with Baras the only reason he didn't fight alongside Baras is because Darth marr intervened therefore he committed treason the Wrath was obligated to kill him as he declared himself an enemy of the emperor the only reason Ravage fully backed down was because he saw the wrath diminish and defeat Baras ironically that if you killed Baras you will later have to kill ravage anyway.
The problem with that is that Ravage needs to be there for the Sith Inquisitor Storyline. It’s the same reason Jadus is pretty much never brought up outside the Imperial Agent Storyline: Every class story happens at roughly the same time, and acknowledging Jadus as either a Traitor that escaped, a traitor that got captured, or as supreme leader of the Dark Council would destroy the Imperial Agents illusion of choice.

According to the Legends continuity Vowrawn ends up being Emperor anyway when Acina is killed on Iokath at least according to the official wiki. PS I am absolutely dying to know what happened with Darth Jadus he is literally the only original character who has not been seen since he left at least from what I have seen I've only watched videos I've never actually played the game ( I'm terrible at PC games).

@@chillbro6976 The issue is it just becomes a single story. Your class changes very little outside of a few lines of dialogue here and there. I mean it makes sense why they did it. Especially after the game failed and had to go f2p. They simply couldn't afford to write 8 separate storylines for every expansion. But still. The original selling point of the game was kind of lost once it all congealed into one narrative.
What i like about Vowrawn is that if you play Sith Warrior and finish Nathema and led him become Emperor. Vowrawn will welcome you home with open arms as an old friend and never doubt or mistread you.
I don't like how they never expressed his Wrath.. even with the SI ending, the council got to bear witness the power you possess. I wish that they would have made the SW have their power be revealed in front of the council like the SW did against Quinn. Make the eyes glow red and sonic scream Baras against the wall or something. Lol. Wishful thinking I suppose. Haha

I'll be frank, I like the fight against Baras more than the fight against Thanaton. While Thanaton is more cinematic, Baras' fight has a more Gladiatorial feel to it, and makes me like it more.

I don't know, maybe people who find more enjoyment not going for the less satisfying dark side options that only prove to make people more toxic players? Seriously done several playthroughs and the dark side options are super blah, light side are at least satisfying.
@@chanbill5390 Ive never done pvp or joined a group so idk about toxic players. I just like killing all the story characters and doing all the dark side stuff.
