the guy selling wallet was overcharging him $12 for a $2 wallet, max waited for the lady to pay and the wallet guy face looked obviously dismayed when the lady handed him $2 he's got exposed
The lady bought the cheaper black wallet that was Made in China. We frequently passed by that area and the wallets actually range from 100-700 pesos. Max bought the one that was made in the Philippines. He wasn't scammed.
