His finishing ability is poor, but you can see by the (few) goals for Werder that hes genuinely good. His goals vs Augsburg or Hertha were amazing.

hes young and a 9. Most elite 9s dont come into their own until mid 20's. Of course Sargent has so far to go, but I'd say hes ahead of the curve at the moment and this adjustment period to men's football is to be expected
