I’m a flight attendant based in the UK and love your videos! Whenever I have a layover in Japan I stock up on skincare, and your videos have helped me narrow down what to get 🥰
I went to the Mega Donki in Yokohama, and it was truly the most overwhelming experience of my life, but I made sure to make a list from your videos so that I remembered what to get. ❤
Hi Tina! You're the reason I got so invested in Japan skincare and ever since I've watch you I never stopped using what you recommended. I think I've gained more knowledge on skincare because of this video. Wishing I'll be able to go to Japan soon
I love Japanese hair care, I have straight asian hair and I find it suits my hair better and almost all their stuff is sulphate free. I prefer more niche brands like Luft, Kaminii, Melt etc. VT is crazy popular in Japan for sure, I remember seeing that everywhere and so many Japanese youtubers talking about it, especially the cica cream and sheet masks, same with those numbuzin no 5+
The sake wash off face masks are soooo good. I got the peach and it smelled so nice. My skin (and my belly 😊🍶) love sake. Will be buying more from PDC wafood when next in Japan.
Here i am window shopping by watching your videos and making a list. Imma watch this video again while shopping in donki 😂 I’m so ready for my 2025 vacation in japan ❤️
I've started saving up toward a trip to Japan and Korea in a few years!! I live in the eastern US so flights alone are crazy expensive. Part of my projected budget is literally JUST for skincare!! It's a hobby for me on top of being self-care, and I truly get so much joy out of trying new products. My friend went earlier this year and I asked her to bring me back a bottle of the naturie hatomugi toner 💕 I would absolutely love at some point if you could do a little guide for tips on traveling to Japan as a foreigner! The language barrier scares me a little 😢
Tina can you please make a video of the skin routine of your Aunt and what products she uses. I'm in my mid 50's and have sensitive skin. I tried the P.Calm one you recommend but it's just not enough moisture for me.
I love this it's so helpful!!! A Village of Donki just opened on Guam in May of this year. I've been super overwhelmed and have no idea where to start or what to look at.
The from nature age line i have seen in the United States at tjmaxx. I used the eye cream and the toner I think or the essence and it was a good underrated brand!
The From Nature AGE Intense Treatment Essence is the best first essence EVER!!! I've been using K beauty for 10 years now and this is the best first essence for dry skin. Use it right after your cleansing steps and you'll love it. You are very lucky to find it in Japan. I've finished more than two bottles but I cannot find it any more from my usual J and K beauty online shops...
I'm so interested in that fromnature galactomyces essence! Apparently fromnature is the same company as nature republic? Please let us know how it goes! Also lol @ 23:20
Best cameraman ever. Give him an award. Or at least a mug of hot chocolate whilst you administer an hour long foot massage as he watches his favourite thing on Netflix. Soooo patient. Donki widows are a very real phenomenon, 😂. For guys to be THIS patient whilst you take your time in a Japanese store of any kind (but especially one selling skincare, bodycare, make up etc...wow. I don't blame them for getting short and bored in these stores but it's so valued by women when a guy just toddles along without huffing and puffing in irritation. Also: 16:55--- those Banobagi masks hanging in front of you!!!! Argh! They're so hard to find online now, certainly at decent price points. I'm not sure what's going on with them (are they being reformulated or discontinued, I dunno), but they're REALLY good if you like more of a lightweight jelly texture in line with Utessa and Numbuzin No.2. They don't slide off your face though, so that's what sets them apart. To anybody reading: DEFINITELY buy 'em if you see 'em in Japan, especially the 'green pill' and the 'blue pill'. The Sake Lees mask you made that brilliant graphic 'advertising' (😹) has a sheet mask that's actually really good but I didn't know they made a pouch paste-type mask so thanks for giving me something new to add to my next shopping list. Thanks Tina for another video that was really entertaining and educational too. Terrific channel. 💯🛍🛒
