Chef JP, you've helped to step up my shrimp game a lot. Starting with sautéed shrimp, you can make just about anything delicious. Shrimp with roasted onyo, peppers, zucchini, squash and garlic over bow tie pasta finished with fresh grated parm reg is fantastic. Or shrimp and angel hair pasta with an olive oil, lemon juice, fresh grated parm blend dressing and finished with fresh cut basil. YUMMY! This one is getting added to my repertoire for sure. Let's go Brandon!
I was unaware that couscous was a pasta. If I had known I would have tried it long ago. This beautiful recipe would be the perfect opportunity for that. Thank you, Chef!

Not me, I have done most recipes from Ramsay (the Ultimate Cookery Course book and the associated BBC series) a lot, some Ducasse (fresh profiles flavors like Jerry Traunfeld) and Robuchon (like his Bourguignon, a lot of times, I pretty much have that one memorized). I will say I find GR video to be too fast paced. GP has a pace you can digest. I do not need to replay them before execution unlike a GR one. For Alain or Joel I just use the books. By the way, the US has different seasons, so when he suggest blood oranges, for example, for the fall they are never available then. I was fully expecting no raspberries for the Creme Brulee but there that were, and fully fragrant, large and sweet like it was August for the one I grow. Yep, I grow my own herbs and some fruit.
