    Hi! Loved it! Can I use granulated sugar instead of maple syrup?

      Hey Hazel, sorry for the late reply! You could yes, that shouldn't affect the recipe too much! If, you can consider using erythritol instead of sugar. It behaves just like it, its' 70% as sweet, but it is completely zero carbs. This way, you get super uber healthy bagels :) Just a tip!

    what gf flour do you use please?

      Hi Artemis, we used a store-bought gluten-free flour brand. But the contents are: rice flour, maze flour, tapioca starch, xanthan gum. I believe most GF flours you find at the supermarket will have a combination of these flours, plus maybe buckwheat. I think you'll be fine with any of those! Let me know if you intend to make it yourself from scratch and I'll try to hep you with the ratios.
