This gives me hope because I don't have the largest arms. I only have 6.25'' wrists. I'm early in my CoC journey and hoping to close the #2 in the coming weeks.
Similar stats here, I'm currently less than 1mm away from closing the #2 after 3 months of proper training, it's putting up a good fight. Did you manage to close the #2 by now?
@@inQontroledQlimax I've been stuck trying to close the #2 for months! I finally bought a Gillingham High Performance #5 and that is helping me along. I'm like a mm from the closing the #2 as well.

My wrist measures about 7.5” and I can only close the #3 by pushing against my own side. Still trying. Even if I never close it, I will never quit trying.

Сейчас в медвежьей лапе коки стоят по 2600 руб. Да и кок 3 это не показатель силы, это так средний уровень твоего хвата.
@@Aleksey-re5kd Спасибо за ответ! Да, в Медвежьей Лапе теперь появились эти эспандеры летом. Думаю, что кто закрывает КоК 3 динамометрия не ниже 80-90 ДаН(кг), что является уровнем намного выше среднего даже при весе больше 100 кг. В мире закрывших по правилам новенькие КоК 3 тоже немного , ну пусть 200 официально и ещё пусть столько же или до тысячи человек в мире смогут закрыть, если им такой эспандер в руки дать. Но как показывает практика, без сильного от природы хвата и тем более без тренировок по закрытию такого вида эспандеров или хвата закрыть КоК 3 невозможно. Так что 500 человек если наберется в мире, которые сегодня смогут закрыть КоК3 это очень хорошо, это элита хвата.

Keep on training with the ones you can close, don't overtrain and injure yourself, and you will grow stronger!
Just be patient, and don't get a huge setback in motivation to train and strength by injury.
Also, I think training light weights often may strengthen the nerve signals and technique, whilst getting in 1-2 proper strength exercises a week. Idk. That's what I'm going to do.
@@2DReanimation Thank you. I currently have from S through #2. I also have the iron mind blue egg and finger bands. I can close #2 but not consistently. Depending on the day, maybe once with my left.

Помню на чемпионате России по пауэрлифтингу,пацан 60кг категории сидел и плакал
В зале он тянул 215,на ТА грифе,там ось 27мм в диаметре,а лифтерский гриф 29мм даже , не мог удержать,200,выскальзывал.,в итоге чемпионом не стал,даже в тройку не вошол,190 поднял и все
А двушку бы поднял,стал бы чемпионом по собственному весу.
