Bee was the nickname I had for a departed friend of mine, and she always loved the color pink. I always wanted to make a team with a bee Pokemon in honor of her. My friend Maya, was the one who taught me competitive Pokemon and introduced me to you. Without her, this would have been a quiver dance Ribombee team. She was the one who helped put everything together and climbed the ranks after falling in love with the team. Thank you from the both of us. Still new to VGC and that particular rental so was definitely shocked when your name popped up in the match 😅 it's really interesting to hear your thought process and your predictions. This format has been really fun! It's not often that the overall power level of pokemon goes back down after so long into a new game. This team in particular was constructed really well and there are some really cool synergies. I think game 3 28:50 shows this off well. Great video as always!!

Hey Aaron, I only just discovered that primarina's liquid voice makes it so that pokemon with water immunities (water absorb, dry skin, etc) are also immune to liquid voice perish song! It should maybe be obvious, but I never thought about it, and it's something to consider when using it. Did you know about that? (If you mentioned it in the beggining of the video I'll admit being a fool, I skipped to the battles after briefly checking the team^^")

Last year when the hisui starters were viable the other two had a team featured but if i remember correctly hisuian decidueye didn't quite make the cut 🥲. But I've seen it recently on some other teams this time around so I was hoping it got some attention on this channel.
Perish Song/Throat Spray is not something I had ever thought about! Also silly observation, but I guess with Liquid Voice, that is a Water type Perish Song as well.
Im impressed with this team here however ik how u couldve won the 4th match 1st turn just like u did with setting up the tailwind with ribombee and protect on ursaluna 2nd turn ofc is taking out the rillaboom with either ursaluna or ribombee (yes ursaluna can still be tera'd) 3rd turn return ribombee for primarina and keep using protect and attack with ursaluna (it may faint but this will work) 4th turn throw gholdengo in to replace ursaluna (if he fell) and hope primarina doesnt get frozen by freeze-dry (if she does thats fine too if she falls) 5th turn replace primarina with ribombee using tailwind (hopefully will use it 1st before the opponent knocks her out) then go for the kill
Like in Game #4 i will never get used the fact, that luck (Like the freeze) decides so much Fights. No matter how good you can read or outsmart your opponent, luck always turns the tables. I always thought that cant be part of a competitive Game where always the best Player should win and not the one with more luck but thats just my opinion:)
Freeze is such a dumb status, I really do wish they had replaced it in SV with Frostbite from Legends Arceus, special burn is SO much better then a SECOND fully RNG status that decides whether you move (win) or don't (lose). Paralysis is already enough but at least there you can move while paralyzed most of the time.
Both the Sinistcha and Dondozo teams I've featured have had lots of success in Bo3 tournaments. The sun team also has one of the highest win rates across bo3 tournaments, as you can see here: labmaus.net/topteams
Ok great team but can we please talk about the insane luck the creator had to go through to get a shiny XXXS Goldengo? The odds of that are already so low not even factoring in you have to find it in a raid. Kinda insane if it isn't genned in.
The Gholdengo was caught from a tera raid that was being hosted online. There was no genning on my end, and I am not sure how the host got the raid, but I just joined and caught it from their raid. My apologies if anything was done wrong, but every other Pokemon was caught through legitimate shiny hunting. No genning from both our ends!
@honeyfuchsia no youre all good! I was just saying that the shiny chance was low. The raid being maniped makes sense, that's the only logical and time saving way to do it, amazing team!
