Coach Ben Thank you for the info this video was a real lifesaver. I started coaching a few months ago and I have a female athlete that 3 months ago had a left humerus fracture she was going from shoulder to overhead and the bar went back very far from the center of gravity and because the bar had no disks she didn´t drop it and the twist of the arm fractured the bone. My question about this case would go like Is there going to be a big muscle inbalance if we train her "a normal way " with the right arm and how bad can the inbalance be in that case ?
Try running lower volume for a period of time to help the pain go away! So if you were running 5 miles, maybe try 1 and build from there WITHOUT pain :)

This one is out with my scope of practice! I would check with a physiotherapist. Check out my friend CJ DePalma (The Movement Doctor)

It's been a month since i fucked my knee up with weighted pistols
Trivializing injuries is not cool. Sad and shocking to see actual doctors supporting this!
