    - Tripping on something due to poor housekeeping
    - no spotter for heavy chest presses
    - Not properly dynamically warming up before & statically stretching after the workout
    - Dropping heavy weight on one’s self or on somebody else
    - Hitting chin or back of head with the bar during presses
    - Back injuries due to improper lifts
    - Injuring chins on box jumps

    Soooo its seems to me that you should not do crossfit until you have some experience with fitness and weightlifting. Alot of good information👍

      No, the exact opposite. You learn those things through CrossFit.

      @@ConstantlyVariedFitness make sense. My apologies if I sounded sarcastic. I'm deployed and my woman is starting crossfit. I've been contemplating if I should pay for a month of private sessions vs just pay the monthly fee for her to train.
      I have alot of experience in fitness and know how to listen to my body and scale down as required she doesn't. What are thoughts?
