HP laserjet pro m402n paper jam printer. paper stuck. print results are faded

If you experience paper jam on the HP LaserJet Pro M402 printer. First analyze the position of the paper by:
1. If the position of the paper has just been pulled, the paper jam is caused by the pickup roller
2. If the position of the paper is in the middle & stuck between the cartridges, it is caused by the cartridge/toner
3. If the position of the paper is in the middle, it is difficult to pull it out & the paper only comes out halfway as in the video, this could be caused by an error in the fuser (heater). This can be caused by the film being thin, the film running out of oil, the preassue/lpr/sausage being slippery or torn. It could even be a wrong installation that makes it difficult for the mechanic to rotate.

Tanya kak. Kalau jam papper terjadi di tray 2 saja gmn kak ?. Kita harus tarik dari belakang. Kalau di tray 1 lancar.

coba bagian cek bagian selenoid , biasanya busanya habis tinggal double tapenya saja . otomatis selenoid tidak bisa bergerak karena lengket .

Oye, revisa la sección de sensores. ¿La palanca funciona con un resorte? Compruebe el frente de la bandeja y la parte posterior del fusor. La palanca del sensor funciona hacia atrás cuando se tira.
