My sensor flag springs back into place but the little piece that was broken on yours looks the same on mine. It looks like something chipped off there.
the recording angle of the front cover removal is not good. We cant see what exactly u have adjusted to make the front cover come off

I just got my 2nd M454DN brand new and both have been broken, "load paper" error(s) and "tray lifing". HP needs to figure this out, junk

I can't open the paper tray it's stuck
Push the tray from the back side. Use some long stick to pull down the metal and release the tray.
Tray 2 side spring broken. Try to remove spring to pull the tray 2
