    Good idea for the kayak launch they did that up at our place and it keeps the launch congestion to a Minimum. The parking looks great as well👍

      Not sure if it’ll be ready for kayaking, that water is getting cold and with the air temps it’s kinda risky…but I definitely see this as a great ice fishing spot💯!

    That looks awesome! Love the looks of new pavement. Thats a sick kayak launch. Man we are so far behind on ice this year…..like 6” in most places here and this time last year we were driving on haha.

      They just put the docks in, but the canal leading out is too shallow and they are dredging it to get it serviceable.
      We still don’t have ice and there’s nothing in the forecast coming up that’s indicating we will have it anytime soon. People are still launching their boats and haven’t even winterized yet lol

      Thanks Sean! Looks like that’s the way they’re making the new upgrades. It’s nice to see the consideration given the popularity of the kayaks.

    Those isles look tight for backing big trailers out of spots

    • @live2fishofficial
      @live2fishofficial  10 месяцев назад +1

      The route looks a lot more convoluted than the old one, but until it’s in use it’s hard to tell how streamlined it’ll be.

    that looks really nice! Love the idea of the kayak launch to keep that separate from the boaters. That's great with the docks on the ramp too. Question.....so when u launch the skiff, will you launch at the ramp or kayak launch?

    • @live2fishofficial
      @live2fishofficial  10 месяцев назад +2

      That’s a great question, Chris! I have to launch the skiff like a Jon boat due to its circumference not fitting those narrow ramps designed for the yaks, so I’ll be off to the side and out of the way at the boat launch. Should be plenty of room at the far ends along the sea wall.
      Although, there IS a small little nook by that tree that looks like it just might work.👍🎣
