There are more...
...actually 52 more, from every genre, who
sadly, passed away in 2022. There is a quick
review of them at the end.
I can't believe all these people passed away and if it wasn't for this compilation I wouldn't have known anything about all these individuals that contributed to our music in this country and to our society in general it's so sad that so many of our singers have not been recognized not just in 22 but all the year's previous someone needs to do other compilations on the years previous too so there is adequate record for future generations to explore and be knowledgeable of it's important to know our history My sincere condolances to all of the families friends and fans May they all rest in peace and may God bless there souls Amen 🙏❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹💯
Bravo! There are music maker videos going back to 2014 on this channel. Not monetized...To Posterity (future generations)!
As a music lover, I appreciated this tribute. These are the Musicians and Artists that gave us music to enjoy.
WOW that's incredible ‼️ there's a lot of people that I really didn't know were deceased ‼️ thank You so much for sharing this video with me ❤
My pleasure!
RIP 🙏 to all of these great musicians my condolences to their Family
Much respect to you for taking the time to pay homage to our talented artists. I grew up on most of them from way back. Quite a few, especially the rappers you posted, I was not aware of. A part of me dies when I hear about celebrities passing on that I admired. Great video.
Thank you
RIP 🙏there’s gonna be a great concert in heaven … a celebration of the elders lives … a sadness for those younger artist gone to soon ❤…
Thank you so much for this video. I had no idea that we had lost so many on this list. RIP to them all.
My pleasure!
R.I.P. to all of them.
Rest well musicians 🎵🎶🎼🎵🎸🥁🎤🎧🎹🎺🎻
Wonderful how so much is included in this farewell, to bad the rappers have so much shorter lives. Jazz greats, makes us remember our great history. An the reggae Stars, One Love to all. Leah Tunkara
You are absolutely correct about the rappers a vast majority of them are shot to death overall it's very 😔 for ALL losses
Flawless !
I like the see our icons remember
Just finished a Cheshire High School Class of 1974 online yearbook video, I wish I had come across your work before I did. I could have learned so much. Thanks for the Artistry of your presentations. The presentation is as inspiring as the content. Drive On.
My pleasure! Thank you for your kindness.
Misericordia quantos cantores que morreram eu nao sabia que tantos artista ja tinha ido que bom esse videos otima homenagem amei e os cantores rap quantos que ja se foram tambem nao sabia que descansem em paz
Gracias!
Something is really wrong with all of these rappers getting shot to death or stabbed to death. Why would someone want to be a rapper with that kind of short life span for so many. It's obviously a very dangerous industry with that many being murdered.
Yes, you said a mouthful. But sadly many more rappers than that died in 2022. I wasn't able to list them all, just the ones who made a name for themselves. May they rest more peacefully than they did here on earth.
Your video is great I love it
It is unacceptable that our young Black men are being shot to death.
As a jazzlover for almost 90 years I really liked this, but could I tell you how difficult it was to read the names in color. I guess you can blame it on my eyesight. Clare Witcomb. 🌻❤️🌻❤️🌻
So sorry, I really have to work on that color thing. I don't notice the contrast while I am creating it because it is up close. After I post it, I notice it also. And then I don't feel like taking it down & editing. lol. Take care
I'm a musician... Too many Hip Hop artists dying of violence, i'm 61, I may die of age, health, mistaken identity, playa hating or accidental death, but I'm not gonna ask for my demise...
What’s really sad is that most of these people had decent lives. But I saw at least 2 Rapers died from Gunshots
I realize this is a long video being that more than 100 Black musicians died in 2022, so you may not have made it to the end. In the crux of the video there are actually four rappers shot to death but at the end of the video, there are 14 more but they are featured w/o their own recordings. Even at 18 total who were killed, that is not all of them, these are the most notable.
@@darbyhilltopreunion3061 it’s still shocking how many have been shot dead. There must be some correlation?
❤
Michael Henderson passed and nobody said a word??
Oh yes, they did say it but, you might have missed it because he was in the midst of so many other celebrities who passed. Michael Henderson's death was announced on the radio and on the news on TV and on these sorts of videos even though it did not stand out. Well, I make sure you know the music makers that died, that look like me. May they all rest in peace.
Yes heard about it like 3 month ago l was shock.
He was on the list.
🙏🏾🥲🎤
Is the choice of death by gunshots when one is a rapoer? All these young people being shot to death.
WHY DO THEY HAVE JIMMY "DIAMOND" WILLIAMS PICTURE FOR GREG WEBSTER FOR THE OHIO PLAYERS???? DIAMOND IS ALIVE AND WELL, STILL LEADING THE BAND!!!!!!!!!!
Admittedly they do favor when they were younger but that is Greg Webster who Jimmy Diamond replaced as drummer. And if I am mistaken then I am sorry, this is who I believe is the young Mr. Webster wearing glasses.
Change the color of the information. Can't read.
Ronnie Spector is not black , she was white
LOL Indeed her father, Louis Bennett, was white (Irish), but her mother, Beatrice Bennett, was Black with Cherokee heritage. But in your mind, she can be whatever you want her to be.
@@darbyhilltopreunion3061 Well if her mother was Cherokee then that means she still is not black, she was half white half native Indian, so therefore u prove me right she's not black and I didn't exactly know that s
@@darbyhilltopreunion3061 I meant that I didn't exactly know that she was half white half native Indian by the way, but still u prove me right, she's not black
@@marvinmoore2570 Ah ha ha ha ...have it your way. You forgot the part about her mother being African American/Cherokee. Ronnie wasn't half Cherokee, her mother was Black with (supposedly) Cherokee heritage. But who cares, I did my research, and I am not the one who wants her to be Black...her father apparently did. Google her mother & father & then you'll know the truth. Take care
