When you pay on vinted, the payment goes to vinted until the buyer approve that they receive the product, you don't pay straight to the seller, that's how it work, vinted protect the buyer than the seller

You could try and get the stain out with some Italian soap it should work it may not get it fully off because of how dark the stain is but you can try it

You should use Clorax to wash it then dry it to see if the stain is off. Also it can change the color of the shirt but since it's white I don't think so
