I love your video :), it's well edited and relaxing and I really relate to your social anxiety. This gives me hope to being less scared one day, because, for now, it's quite difficult to go outside alone because I've got social anxiety and a phobia of animal which is sometime difficult to deal with :(. I also have pretty bad social anxiety and the thought of being alone even for a short period (and also not knowing what to do alone) just stresses me so much, but you calmed me down a lot and inspired me as well. as someone with social anxiety, have you heard of the 1 2 3 4 5 method
when you want to do or say something slowly count to five and on five do it
(If that makes sense im sure there are better video explanations)

hi, was wondering if you have considered visiting a doctor and requesting a prescription for some anti anxiety medication? I did this and it has changed my life, i went from not being able to leave my home because I was frighten by the idea of people and the things I couldn't control when going out in public to being able to with minimal anxiety. but this is just a suggestion. hope this helps. also loved the travel video!!!

In Paris, France, do the workers you go to any store or cafe can they speak English? or do u already speak French??
I learned French in School but I was too shy to speak it there haha so I only spoke english and everyone I met (at stores, restaurants,…) spoke english as well :)
I used to go camping a lot and whenever I felt like I was getting judged, just remember, ur far away from ur home, ur probs never gonna see them again 😅
