In Entangled Life Merlin Sheldrake explains that cordyceps was found everywhere but not in the brain of the ant. Which makes it even weirder right? Anyway great video. Great channel!

Wait so this fungus comes from a catepiller?
That's right! It starts as a spore (seed) floating in the wind, but the only substrate it can grow from are these moth caterpillars. Crazy eh!?
Its the same thing like the fungus plant "Yartsa Gumbu" that comes from caterpillars too
