For fast base soup. Use Campbell chicken soup or chicken mushroom soup. I usually use chicken mushroom soup. Super easy. Fresh Shitake mushroom thin slices good too. No need starch as Campbell soup is starched and egg drop will thickening the soup. Yes a dash of quality white pepper.
