- Hello there everyone and welcome back to another video on my channel, so on this trip out we head to a rock mark with fast flowing tides lovely spring afternoon we start off using a a surface lure which the choice was the patchinko great action but no takers so I switch to a diving lure which did really well on the last video the lure is the berkley dex long shot cotton candy great action on this lure so would we catch on it? Good upload,yes I reckon the cotton candy will be very good at night,waiting on that dex lure coming from Netherlands,most of mainland Europe have sold out, been getting good bluefish on Jenzi phantom f blinker diamond 42g spoons they have great action when you pause them I reckon only a matter of time before get a good bass on them, good mid to deep water . Great video can I ask what braided mainline you are using and do you use a fluro leader or just braid straight through?
Michael hi mate for my main braid I use velvet braid not cheap but really good, for a leader I sometimes use one sometimes not using one helps though if you hook a big fish hope this helps buddy 👍👍🎣

Cheers matey I usually use a braid called velvet braid but I would use at least 20lb as it is a fine braid hope this helps 👍👍🎣

what is the weight of the bait you use?
Hi mate the lures weight I use is any where between 20 gram and 40 gram depending on the depth your fishing at hope this helps 👍👍🎣
Great vid bud ! How do you avoid getting stuck on rocks with that dex lure??
Cain hi mate the best way is to reel slow that way the lure will sit higher in the water the faster you reel the deeper the lure will go hope this helps matey 👍👍🎣

Just be careful if you buy one as the depth tongue is weak and can snap I had 2 now do that to me
