Okay, I must say that I think i've mastered the art of multitasking and productivity in this vlog, WHILE staying on top of my exercise routine!!
Note: not every single day of mine is productive..sometimes it's difficult to even get out of bed. That's NORMAL! Just notice how I verbally TOLD myself that "I WILL* have a productive day today."

The AYR gel is a life saver!! I used to get my nose cauterized every year from all of my nose bleeds. But every since I’ve used the AYR gel ANNNDDDD my humidifier, I don’t need to anymore!

Communal productivity is always going to inform and inspire our own. I like that you emphasized the value and importance of teamwork. We can always do more together. Every video you notice these little personal growth adjustments. I think it is super valuable that people can feel like their going on journeys together with channels like these. I also think you should have first nosebleed merch. It’s totally reasonable that people notice more conditions in themselves and others as they learn. I also love all the little facts that are thrown in. Even if we think we aren’t being productive, if you watched this, you learned at least one thing. The speed you’re working at is also going to ramp up sometimes. Neurologically it seems like that area has it’s own kind of burn out, but this channel always informs people on how to perform as best as possible while still being conscientious of themselves and others. Always a little more impressed.

It’s so relatable, I’m also in the hematology block right now, and always think I have a bleeding disorder. I have this feeling a lot while going through all the other blocks. It’s just medical students stuff I guess😅
