This is a genuine thing which i have undergone Mine is combination skin and i used salicylic acid 1% facewash for more than an year every single day .Just to realise that my skin was not oily. I was using salicylic acid and it was stripping oil and my skin used to produce more oil. Acne breakouts were very regular. The moment i left using salicylic acid and shifted to a gentle cleanser, everything became alright.No acne breakouts since last 1 month. Skin looks a bit oily. thats completely ok than getting a nee acne every day! So , please try understanding your skin before start using anything . Or if you not getting results. Its a trial and error method at the end of the day. Thats what is my biggest learning. Take home message- There is no cheatsheat in skincare.Everybody is different.Whatever influencers/ doctors say may not work for you. If it has worked for 100 others it may not work for you.Being patient . Picking subtle things which your skin trying to tell you with each product you begin with a new product will be the game changer
