- My 2014 Mazda 3 is out of warrantee now so I decided to give hacking the infotainment system a go. These are my top 3(-ish) favorite tweaks so far!
I was just hearing about tweaks for it. This video is really making me want to try it

Where do you go to install this my infotainment system isn’t working
Do you have to leave the USB in or can you take it out once install has happened?
You have to remove the USB as it would cause the installation to run every time you turn on the car.
Can I know if the firmware version matters? I'm at 33 something, going to update to 56 something soon. I read that if I update to 59 something AIO won't work. How true is that?
There is a way to get it to run on v59-v70 but there are extra steps. Check the Mazdatweaks.com FAQ.

Have you had luck with Android Auto yet? I tried my install today and all the other settings modifications worked, but I can't get AA to open past a screen that tells you how to connect via wifi or USB.
I've been using it since a few weeks after I posted this video. I just plug in the USB and it starts up right away. Most of the time, anyway.
did you use the AA?
Does the usb need to be plugged in at all times?
Is there an apple carplay option?
apple carplay need to update version to 70.xxx and replace the USB box. The Android Auto can be used without doing that. USB stick can be took out after install the week, u will need to plug in your android phone to use AA while driving
