Even if this song was first composed in 1936, it became known on the internet as the anthem of the Lokot Autonomy, a German Puppet State in Russia from 1941 to 1944.
Some details I found:
Paradoxically, the anthem of the RONA was a song from the Soviet opera The Quiet Don (1938, music by Stalin Prize winner I. Dzerzhinsky, lyrics by L. Dzerzhinsky). And the text remained original. Realizing the mishap of the situation, at the end of 1942 the newspaper "Voice of the People" announced a contest for the national anthem of "New Russia". For the selection, a jury was created in the editorial office, which included the entire leadership of the Lokotsk municipality (RONA), chaired by Bronislaw Kaminski, Ober-Burgomaster himself. The best works were awarded with prizes (from 10 to 100 thousand rubles).
