Tsh have verry low 0.03 min 0.3😅 and vit D3 is insufficient not deficient..... And i have takeing thyroid medicine in one month not improve ment in thyriod doc says its take time normlalise..... D3 takeing to two months not tested nxt month i want too test... Slightly improvemnt i found in hair losee.... Sir

Yes there is a very strong possibility that whatever you are facing in terms of hair or mental health is a result of a severe imbalance in the markers... this needs to be discussed in detail..

hyyy just 17 male ; suffering from telogen effluvium because of low vitamin d and b12 .....i had a little hairfall since last december (back then my vd was 20 and b12 wa 88 ) doctor gave me minoxidil and other biotin supplements but nothing worked buut now i switched my dermatologist i am on vd and b12 supplements since 1 month and a little bit reduction in shedding ( lost almost 30% hair density and no recssion in hairline and extremely stressed about my hair )
Now my vd is 27 and b12 is 160

This is all nonsense. All of these nutrient problems would affect EVERY hair on the body, in the beard and chest too. So ifnyou can grow chest hair and beard hair, this proves you have the nutrients to grow hair.
