All are great added to your favorite tea blend. Stinging nettle can possibly help with reducing heavy flow and star anise is great for boating. I hope that is helpful 😊 (from an herbalist in training ).

I made the curry soup today for dinner and it is delicious. The apple is the perfect touch, never would have thought of that - it's a perfect soup for warming up on a winter night, thanks so much for the recipe!
Bambi reminds me of my chihuahua, Miles. They have the same mannerism. Cool, obedient, and loves to snuggle. I've always wanted to learn ballet. I'm in my 30's & would not mind an adult ballet class. Lastly, matcha is a Godsend! I love matcha icecream. Anything matcha, I'm down. 💚

If you pour just a little bit of water in your matcha, enough to dissolve the powder, and the take your fork and "whisk" until you get little bubblies, this not only breaks up any little chunks of powder but it also tends to make the tea more smooth and frothy! You can then pour the rest of the water (or milk) in the cup

Pakistan has the second largest salt mine in the world and only here is Himalayan Pink Salt found. It's sold from here to neighboring countries which has unfortunately led to the salt being branded as 'Indian' but it's originally Pakistani. I've been in the Khewra salt mine so I know. The purpose of mentioning is to set the record straight so that people know the real origin of Himalayan Pink Salt :)

LPSGamerLove Why not? use as much natural products as you can, I use many natural hair rinses and it has made my hair very healthy.

Be careful with rice water dont do it more then once a month it has a crazy amount of protein in it. Too much protein will make your hair brittle
