i heard stories that the "dogs" are worn and cause problematic gearshifting. The dogs are the nobs on the other end of the gear. Don't know if you ever took the engine apart, but perhaps it's time ;)

I have problem with 3er Gear when is full throtle is ok when i move throtle slow somethenk like interrupts. You know wher is problem??
