I made an order for some time now, and the shipment never arrived; they didn't even send a confirmation mail. I have sent countless emails to customer service; of course, they didn't reply with even an apology for the delay. Whatever the product results, I highly don't recommend them.
While all of these temporary fixes for thinning hair are amazing, it's equally amazing how, in this day and age, that a more permanent treatment for thinning hair has not been produced.
finasteride, minoxidil and derma rolling will save you if you haven't lost too much yet. You gotta stay on them though and finateride is a proper drug that messes with your hormones.

Don’t run run your fingers through it & absolutely do not wear a white shirt & don’t go to the pool, don’t go out in the rain, do not put your head on the pillow, or on the couch, don’t let a lady touch it, don’t go out in the sun & then you should be fine.

I wish the guy had done research and had taken Finasteride after his Hair Transplant so he could keep his native hair. This is a common mistake most people make after a HT. We need to understand Hair Transplant is only effective if you are willing to take Finasteride (ideally Minoxidil and LLLT too) for the rest of your life, otherwise you will slowly lose all your native hair and will blame the HT.

The point I was making bro that if someone is looking to get a Hair Transplant and not willing to take Finasteride, then they are wasting their money and precious grafts. Finasteride and Hair Transplant are directly linked. Every medicine has side effects and less than 2% people reported side effects of Finasteride. Don't look at the internet forums as there is so much propaganda about Finasteride. I am personally taking Finasteride for 4 months and have had no side effects so far. I know know who have been taking it for over 20 years since it was launched and have had no side effects. Also remember the dose of Finasteride for hair loss is so low. It's 5 times less than the dose for Prostate. You have to take 5mg a day for Prostate which is 35 mg a week. But for Hair Loss you only need 1mg a day which is 7 mg a week. If you are still worried about its side effects, you can even take 3mg (which is nothing) a week so basically 1 mg on Mon, Wed & Friday. Australian doctor Dr. Rudson who is one of the leading hair loss experts recommends 3mg a week. You still get all the benefits of Finasteride and you minimise any side effects.
It looks like the guy didn't take Finasteride after his hair transplant which is why he only has the transplanted hair left but has lost all his existing native hair (the non transplanted hair). Hair Loss is a progressive condition and you must take Finasteride (ideally Minoxidil and LLLT too) for the rest of your life. Hair Transplants never fail. Most people lose the non transplanted hair with passing years if they don't take preventive treatments and they blame the Hair Transplant.
@@akashdutta6303 It depends on how severe is the hair loss but Finasteride is highly effective in saving the existing native hair. Until the late 90s, there was no medicine available then Finasteride came and was a breakthrough. If you take 1mg of Finasteride daily and consistently for the rest of your life, there is no reason why you should lose your existing hair. With regards to the side effects of finasteride, stay away from a normal doctor (who is not a urologist or a dermatologist) as he/she would have no experience of dealing with this. If you ask their opinion, they would also rely on Google and would start panicking after looking at hundreds of negative posts about finasteride by keyboard warriors or the post finasteride syndrome which only exists on the internet forums and has no scientific explanation. These doctors are not doing a favour to you and don't realise what you are missing out because of them (finasteride, which is probably the most powerful and effective non-invasive option available for hair loss). Don't forget finasteride was a breakthrough when it was approved by FDA for Hair Loss in 1998. Before finasteride, we only had topical minoxidil available which was not as effective as finasteride.

This jugaad might work for a photoshoot. In real life, choose either a hair transplant or a shaved head. Both work. Trust me, nobody cares about hair if you are confident in your skin.

I've tried Fibers before & it works great for 'special occasions', i.e. weddings, formal affairs, etc., but unless you're a millionaire, it costs too much to use, everyday! They have to lower the price!
