    In my youth, i had a suzuki s1, with 90 cc modified sylinder, 28 mm mikuni carburator, with 125 cc exhaust pipe and 125 cc ignition system. What an fantastic moped. it was with a 4 speed gear box, and it picked up nose to third gear and at third, it goes over 100kph..... i miss my youth.... and that suszuki.... and my dog from that period. Shit, now im in tears. An old fuck, typing in youtube.

    I don’t know about cutting the air shroud. I would think it could affect the cooling in a negative way as it isn’t cooled by the air you get from driving it gets cooled by the motors rotor. But really don’t know love the videos still🔥

    • @urban_riders
      @urban_riders  8 месяцев назад +1

      Yes, that’s correct. The cylinder is cooled by the motor. It is cooled by the fan on the exhaust side which pushes air across the cylinder head. We simply open up the other side to allow the air to run across the head easily. The bottom cooling fins get block by the plastic,especially when it’s touching. So removing that allows all the cooling fins to “exhaust” the air properly. I hope this makes sense! We should make a more in-depth video explaining this in the future 👌🏼

    • @adrianvandermerwe
      @adrianvandermerwe 18 дней назад +1

      Great question! Malossi have taken this into account. The cylinder height is so that the flat edge of the head becomes part of the squish area, with a 1.1mm minimum squish.
