  • A very easy class that is suitable for everyone. This class includes Qi body tapping. Body tapping loosens your muscles before any exercise practice and creates more space for the qi to flow through your meridian channels.
    Invite the qi to enter your energy centres activating your cells and creating balance to your inner earth energy.
    You are an energetic being filled with so much ancient energy that is waiting to be activated so you can be what god intended you to be, ‘ A creative energetic being!’

    Thank you very much for this whole body program ma'am. Can we practice this session as a daily full body conditioning program? ankle and foot rotation is the only section need to be addressed in this entire sequence I guess ma'am? It would be really helpful if forward bending sequences are performed in side view also, so that we could understand how knees should be kept?
