I just used a flathead screw driver for a wedge between the plate and an impact. Mine was not even close to that tight. Glad your tool worked!
Impact gun for sure they have no troubles, but I haven't a compressor and I like making tools :)
@@dtaylo4517 I just use ryobi tools, they make a nice small impact and 1/2“ for the future. Your tools are great though!
Jeez, what’s the torque rating on that nut. That was unbelievably hard on my knuckles just watching. Neat tool to keep around. Thanks for the post.
127Nm It put up a good fight
An impact wrench is the best way. 3 types: hammer blow tool (old school), air tool, electric tool. These of course can be used for dozens of other uses (tire removal, ball joint bolts, etc).
Your absolutely right! but I dont own a elecy tool or an air tool/compressor. Plenty of hammers though.
That nut seems way to tight, At least the tool worked bud (with a little 💪) nice one. 👍👍👍
30ish year old bike and its probably never been off.
Heat REALY is the secret ingredient
awesome👍
Thank you! Cheers!
It would be easier to by the tool ,🎉😂
zip it off with a impact gun. problem solved.
And...if you don't have an impact gun?
