Thank you so much for sharing Dear Joan!!! Talking about vitamins and supplements, I listened to a podcast back in March this year from “the Rich Roll and his guest, Dr Lisa Mosconi” (I checked. It was ep March 11) and they said that those really have to be tested before you take them. You need to do the blood test and ask the doctor’s opinion. Otherwise they might build up in your body and actually not good for health. You know what, I just brought my multivitamins that month and wanted to start them but I had to stop because I heard about it.😅 Also, I am very curious about the dark circles surgery because my dark circles are really bad since I was very young. Maybe you could share more details on the upcoming vlog? Thank you again ❤❤❤
