I always eat banana before my black coffee , and everday after my lunch i drink my matcha , water 2.5 L per day.. I sleep at 10 pm every day since 2 yrs , and i wake up everyday at 6h00 am.. I workout out eveyday either bodyweight , animal fmow , tai chi , qi gong or weight training.. So i totalllllly agree with you.. I take creatine , vit D , magnesium.. Talking about reading , yesterday i finished the book ( The courage to be disliked ) and i totaly recommended for you + i 'm gonna start with the book you once talked about ( before the coffee gets cold )
Its so much work to maintain your inner and outer health. Everything needs money and to be in a routine is so overwhelming not to miss anything out. Kudos to all the people in SK. They are always prioritising beauty and health more 🫡💗
