This was so helpful. I have wanted to get this look and didn't quite know what to do. Already tried it and it was easy to do and turned out great! Thanks Kate!
I’m so glad that you’re using a flat iron. I’ve really tried to use a curling iron just like you’ve demonstrated before but I always go back to a flat iron. I’ve done this style before but love your tips about not letting the waves nest together and releasing the iron each time you go back and forth. Thank you!
this is a great tutorial. i'm subscribing because you did it in less than 4 minutes. you are professional and got right to the task at hand. thank you! it is refreshing to see someone who doesn't jabber constantly...
Hopefully I can make this work for my fine hair. I'm not a fan of using a lot of product and I think that is the problem. I know I need texture and some volumizing but do not like a heavy head, if that makes sense. You look fabulous in that color! Looking as lovely as ever. Thanks for sharing your tips.
I am new to your channel a new subscriber . Just found this channel . I have same length of hair you have in this video . I am never good at using a curing iron flat iron is ok I also have a crimper that crimps the hair. And a blow-dryer too . Your hair is pretty . 😊💞
I am so thankful for this video, Kate. Very helpful.
I love this way of doing the waves, thanks for sharing I’m definitely going to try it out.
the most helpful vid on how to do these types of relaxed waves with a flat iron. I'm inspired to try again!
Those are great results from your technique. Thanks for sharing

Love this style
Excellent! I have always been good styling my hair but this is the hardest to master!
Thank you for this tutorial. I’ve been wearing this look the last 2 days. Still a work in progress but I’m getting there.

Looks awesome
I’m going to try this- thank you
This exactly what I was looking for
Thanks Kat! Great tip about leaving the nape of the neck straight because if I bend it, my hair looks very thin at the bottom.
Beautiful! I just cut my hair to this length and was unsure how to best style!
Hello, I use the Karmin Professional iron and I am delighted, it is very good and leaves your hair with a natural straight, highly recommended 💜😄😘

Love this! How do you ask for the blonde you have? Mine has a bit yellow to it which I don’t like.
What temperature do you recommend having the flat iron on for this look?
bed head hair crimper is faster but good tip if you don't own a crimper.
Looks amazing but somehow I would like it a bit more wavy
Whenever I try this style it looks dry :((
Try the olaplex no. 7
Maybe you need to straighten it out to smooth the hair first before going straight in with the waves
Make sure to use a heat protector spray, leave-in conditioner spray and you can also use BedHead After Party after styling to make it not look as dry.
