Most of the towns have some bus or train connections but you will need to check out with the local tourist office the schedule and detailed information, they will be ready to help. Probably Finestrat or Benidorm is a good starting point as there is a bus station and more connections. If you can rent a car or a scooter here it would be even more convenient.
