Hi, so if I had sex 3 days before ovulation what are my chances of getting pregnant? Does most of the sperm die off. I thought I ovulated early so I did have unprotected sex. But my ovulation tests then started to show positive and then peak 3 days later. I'm just wondering how low the chances of getting pregnant from sex 3 days prior are vs "fresh" sperm. Thank you.

Hey, thanks for your info and time. I hope you respond to this. Why is My app showing two fertile windows in one month. This is the first time I noticed it's happening for may and June 2021. I'm tracking with LH strips and my ovulation date is correct in correspondence with the app.
I am not trying to get pregnant but looking to prepare for the future and learn about fertility / ovulation well ahead of time as I am 27. I have an app that tracks my cycles and predicts ovulation. The predicted ovulation day seems to be a little off, I get creamy sticky discharge THEN egg white discharge (shouldn't it be the other way around?). Can you get stretchy egg white discharged after ovulation? Or is my track predictor just wrong. My cycle is tracked at 28 days on the app.
I gas sex on the 17 an 18 of this month and that was before my ovulation window started. Can I still get pregnant. Cause I do get symptoms.

So my wife has been telling me that we need to have sex the day she ovulates. We both know that her fertile window is about a week (6 days)and that she’s most fertile on the day of ovulation, but she insists on us not having sex within the window period. Only on the day of ovulation.
The frustrating thing is that one or both of us may not be ready or in the mood on the exact day of, because life happens. However within the window period there’s at least 2 or 3 days where it could happen. It’s just frustrating because she wants to have it only on the day of but I’m trying to have sex at least twice within the window period, for a better chance of conceiving.
can plan b be taken during the fertile window which occurs before ovulation

Your videos always come right on time. I'm in my fertile window now and trying to figure out what days your line gets darker, is it a day or two before ovulation? Also when is the best time to check? I use First morning urine and the number always low and afternoon its in the 20's.It's my first tracking since my tubal reversal and I'm lost on this stuff and I said I wasn't going to stress myself over this tracking stuff. I have regular cycle of 28 days.

I'd love a video on having a short luteal phase. My luteal phase is only 10 days.
I'll work on this. It's good to see a fertility specialist and get a workup, but this is often treated with clomid or letrozole.
@@AnuKathiresanMD thanks so much for your reply. My doctor won't do any more testing at the moment and wants to wait until we've been trying a year before we do anymore testing. She told me to stop worrying and enjoy the process 😃 if only ttcing was that easy.
If sperm live for 2-5 days, why subtract 6 days before ovulation - whats the reason for the extra day in the window?
Man this is so confusing. Supposedly I am supposed to ovulate on the 13th this month. I had unprotected sex the day after my period. 5 days after I spotted. Then again on day 7. Somewhere between the 8th and I think the 12th is my fertile window and the 13th is my ovulation day. I just did your math and it showed my fertile window was the 7th which is 3 days after I had unprotected sex. Am I doing the math wrong? I'm experiencing symptoms I haven't before but my period is expected friday coming the 27th or the 28th. So help me do the math if I'm wrong. Thank you.

It can help by improving the signaling of FSH to the follicle and can help with follicle growth potentially. This will help with the function of the corpus luteum later in the cycle.
If someone everything else is normal but the monologue 1 percent does that mean infertile?

Intercourse every 1-2 days during the fertile window or the day of your +OPK and then next day should be sufficient. If you're doing the first option, then every 1-2 days starting 6 days prior to ovulation.
My cycles were regular 30 days but now because of stress my cycles are 35,40,37 days....m planning to conceive in my next cycle ,should I be worried
