He Made me a free Nutrition Plan when I met him. I was stuck at 73kg 17% bodyfat and after 1 year of doing what he has done I came to 81 kg 11% 2019 Thanks Markus 🗿🤞.

@@alfredodulli8098 get down to 12% and then bulk up using cytrulline + creatine + arginine and eating 2g of protein x day per kg of bodyweight. I put on a shit ton of mass thanks to these 3 supplements taken daily. They work together like a mini cycle. Remember to pump thr muscle silly as it will be easier to gain sarcoplasmatic muscle growth while on these supps
When i first followed his advice on eating, i gained 20kilos in 6 Months naturally still at 15% body fat. Ill till ur about to puke, but only quality food.

I met him at the 2015 Olympia. He is an incredibly nice guy and very funny. He was absolutely THE mass monster when he competed. The size, the mass, and conditioning he brought to the stage was just amazing.
He made ronny look small !! Legend !

Das stimmt. Masse Beast. Aber bodybuilding ist auch physik im ganzen. Es muss stimmig sein und die endhärte fehlte gegenüber der anderen Athleten neben ihm auf der Bühne .

He was one of the most freakiest, mass monster of all time. I’m actually kind of jealous because my girlfriend met him personally. He came to her hospital to spend time with cancer patient kids. He’s got a big heart she said. He should have scored higher in the contests. German mass monster.

The judges told him he was not big enough; bodybuilding is all about politics; they robbed Victor Martinez same way a few years ago against Jay Cutler; because Victor is not native american. Same with Kai Green. If you've issues in ur past like jail; illegal activities; crime; porn etc they'll not let you win. Here is an example; Ronnie Coleman was an ex police officer; what a role model; Jay Cutler reminds on the Golden American Boy; basically perfect role model; even if God comes to compete himself and he has some dark spot in his biography they'll not let him win. Not to mention what happened to Shawn Rodden. What is going on now?! Arabic guys pay crazy money to Americans so Big Ramy wins the last shows. Thats it. Basically when they end up on Olympia stage there is not a huge difference between TOP 10 guys (real bodybuilding) not those shittie new categories.

@@damkmankm3755 @Damk mank M Yes mate. Joe Weider and his brother Ben they were business men not bodybuilders. They were also Jewlish. BB is a huge industry nowadays; and they choice the role model very wisely and ofc its politics. If we compare Big Ramy to Markus Rule they've the same relatively ugly structure and no muscle flow. And what Markus never made it to the top and Ramy won it a few times. They vary and change the criteria every year so they can have their winner. Lets say bodybuilding is genetics (proper body structure, muscle insertions, ability to gain muscle mass) but mainly clavicle bone/waste line ration (wide shoulders and small wasteline are genetics). So then we've condition. And we've ofc muscle mass. For example Dorian Yates didnt have the best insertions and muscle bellies; but he had combined body flow; granite condition and muscle mass. Ramy simple looks as ugly as Markus; but nowadays those arabic US friends pay. And its not Ramy's team; its politics on gov/countries level.

Markus and Gunter are 2 of the biggest human being that ever lifted weights...it's a shame neither of them won an Olympia...but they did compete against one of the best eras of bodybuilding and in my mind they held their own no matter who they stood next to!
You haven't seen Strongmen, i guess? Eddie Hall, Hafthor Bjornson, Brian Shaw, Robert Oberst, etc. Hell of a lot bigger and stronger than bodybuilders. Eddie Hall was the first person to ever deadlift 500 kilograms (1,102 pounds), and Hafthor Bjornson was the second at 501 kilograms (1,104 pounds).
