‣ Onion - 1/2 piece
‣ Garlic - 1 clove
‣ Olive oil - 4 tbsp
‣ Apple or grape vinegar - 2 tablespoons
‣ Red pepper - 1 piece
‣ Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
‣ Mozzarella - 170g
‣ Parsley
‣ Salt pepper

Refuel:
‣ Mayonnaise ≈ 120g
‣ Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp.
‣ Lemon juice - 0.5 pcs
‣ 1 clove of garlic
‣ Salt -1/3 tsp
‣ Pepper to taste

From USA, my macaroni salad is tuna egg onion celery macaroni. Dressing is a miracle whip vinegar milk sugar. Miracle whip is a type of mayonnaise just a bit sweeter.
I will defrost, rinse and drain peas and add that to my salad as well. Adds a little extra sweetness as well.

No disrespect, but you took 5-6' of this video just "teaching" us how to chop, slice, cut and dice those vegetables, the cheese, etc. It's a bit boring, you know.
