    I think 4 years of bachelors education not affordable for middle class Indian students. But its worth it if it affordable as quality of education is top class. The students have the option to do part time studies to cover most of living expenses.

      So what's the advantage of buying a house in highly rated high school. Do colleges have quota to select students from top rated high schools?
      Thanks again! Really appreciate what you do the Tamil community.

    • @InvestmentInsightsTamil
      @InvestmentInsightsTamil  3 года назад +1

      @@chithambaramr7056 No. Not really. Schools are highly rated for the same reason a college is highly rated. Better teachers, better facilities, better student to teacher ratio among others. So naturally, kids from highly rated schools go to good colleges that gives the impression of college having a quota. But in reality, no such thing exists - at least to my knowledge.

    1. what are loan options for H4 and H1b students and
    2.Personel loan and student loan (most of the student loan is not offered for H1b and H4 students they need Co-Singer like US citizen or Permanent resident

      @@sachinkanru Volatility is part of stock. It always moves up and down. Selling at peak should not be the goal of investment. That would be goal of traders, not investors. Investors should hold the stock like they own the business. Why did we buy the stock in the first place? What are all the reasons? Sell only if those reasons change. Not because the price reaches a peak or bottom. Better yet, forget all the individual stocks and just stay invested in an index - that way we dont even have to keep a close on the business of each company.
