Your pop acted just like I would have, I'm a terrible gift receiver and never know how to act. As much as I appreciated everything I received I always felt embarrassed that eyes were waiting for excitement lol!
I am the same way receiving gifts. My family is used to it now ( I'm 49) mom when I was a kid would get soo angry that I wouldn't get all excited. My twin brother & younger brother were soo dramatic and i was totally opposite. Even if I got the best present that particular Christmas. LOL I just am not that excitable
I love it! Second time on you tube I almost cried watching dad's get bikes! Mom helped us get our dad a 250 Elsinore Honda cause he like off road! It was our mom that got us into street riding!
This was awesome .In the late 70s My wife and son did the same thing to my father in-law he got a used 1964 Honda scrambler 305 he rode it to work for years .now my son has it 🤔♥️ This was a time elapsed video of are same day ♥️
Ahh wow what a beautiful thing to do for your dad. This brought a tear to my eyes I had something similar I was going to do for my dad but sadly we lost our dad in 2020. We was going to buy our dad a brand new car as he always had second hand cars. I hope your dad's living the dream and enjoying his bike
Well don't knock us down with your excitement ole buddy. What a great son. Well done brother. Wish he would've been a little more appreciative. But,....all dads are different. And yours ain't much different from mine.
@@josimpson7999 Not at all. I kinda got the feeling he was wanting a Harley instead. Poor kid that got it for him is who I felt terrible for. I know that feeling.😆
I feel the same exact way and never knew how to explain it but you did perfectly. I'm not as bad as this guy but I hate the eyes on me waiting for my reaction.
He obviously has a son who cares for him very much. He bought his Dad a reliable Honda instead of a POS Harleys which spend a lot of time in repair shops. I've owned 9-Harley's and when I bought my first Gold Wing, I thought to myself, why did I ride those crappy Harleys for so long? The Wing is light-years ahead in engineering, design and technology. Riding a Harley is like riding an old Farm All tractor and riding the Gold Wing is like riding in a Ferrari. And that's all I'm going to say about Harley vs Honda!
I hope he takes safe driving courses and learns defensive moves. Its tough on bikers when so many people are on their phones driving around, oblivious to their surroundings. Stay safe old timer. Keep the shiny side up.
It's a bunch of miserable people that are expecting a display of their definition of excitement. I'm fairly certain that was exactly the reaction the son was anticipating.
In the speedup footage at the beginning, pops unpacking box after box, I noticed the fast movement in his left foot. Sertraline ? That is what I use and my left foot does the same. I also happen to ride a bike 👍🏻🤝🏻🇳🇱
@@stoicsceptic8420 yes you're right , thanks for pointing that out . I should pay more attention to what I'm watching . I'd still like to know what model it is , engine size etc . A curious Brit . We probably don't have the same model bikes here . Thanks again .
I think he’s overwhelmed. My son gave me a 60” Snap On tool chest the same way. I was speechless and thats a hard thing to do to me. Just ask my family and friends.
I am more interested in the song being played & who performs it rather than that bike. I hope it was either a Honda CBX ( i doubt it) or KAWAZAKI Z1 ( I doubt that aswell). As i didn't see the name on the tank it couldn't be anything decent could it NAAAAAA!!!! i doubt it. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
@@itiswhatitis7614 I am not a motorcycle wizzkid as you would put it. I have seen a CBX & i have a quite a good idea as to what they expected to look like. As for the Z1 i am not so familiar with that all i know it is quite a a large motorcycle but, considering the size of it's engine the bike doesn't look that big ( which is a good thing for those who are a bit short legged or have a bit of awkwardness getting their leg over it). But, i think thge Z1 may have had a nickname THE WIDOOW MAKER because of it's shear amount of power & excelleration ( excuse spelling). @@thestig8133 At least this old boy has a bike now. From someone who obviously loves him. Why you would take a shot at this man's gift shows how shallow you must be. Stick to your scooter.

I see I am not the only one who just had this video pop up , really good heart warming video , enjoyed it , thanks RUclips.
see my avatar, yep....
The son definitely loves his Dad.
What an awesome gift from someone who obviously loves him very much👊👊👊
Awesome Gift, for an Awesome Dad !!
RIDE SAFE...RIDE FREE...RIDE OFTEN...
What a gift! Because it is such a massive surprise!
Awesome ! My dad brought me numerous amount of motocross and trials bikes as a youth I wish I could of repaid the favour.
Couldn’t have been less excited !!!! Jesus
Really expected Dad to be jumping up and down with tears of joy🥳
Not a chance. He was waaaaaaayyyyyyyy to patient with the gift unwrapping.

I had one sure wish I had it now.
Great gift.

Your gift was something else...great job.
Dad (thought I said Harley-daivdson😂) Awesome gift Son sure there were tears shortly after off camera! Be Well Be Safe & Stay Blessed.

Smh my allergies are acting up!😂😂😂 Loved the video!
Definitely one of those "You had to be there to enjoy it" videos.
I was expecting a tad bit more excitement. I would have hooped and hollered!!

A lot of thought went into the boxing and wrapping LOL 👍
I think Pops was in shock. What a nice surprise! 🥰
His toes wriggling as he opens it made me giggle. 😄❤️
Yeah me too!😁
Perfect ending with the damn. You are a good son
FANTASTIC!
Your dad is very patient. If my kids did that gift wrapping bullshhhhhh to me...well, you can see by my comment that I would have raised a ruckus.
Yeah pop, start the beast and feel like a youngster again. 😉
His reaction was like you got him a pair of socks.
Now dad has to ride it up the stairs to get it out! 🤣
You'll find the nicest people on a Honda
And a Triumph.
giving Dad a little freedom

Good stuff 👍
So how many Prozac does dad eat daily. This guy couldn't get excited if he tried.
