Whereas if you want to spark in August Flash, assuming around the same discount as last year, probably around 50? This is just mental math so take it with a grain of salt lol
Its a decent banner to throw a yolo 10 at or 2 for a cope crapshoot at lich (my crewmate got her 😆). Otherwise yeah all the rate ups are situational, Anne and spinnah are suptix and can really just get them later if you want, Olivia i suspect will get the Lucio treatment if not Shalem for the upcoming gw in june but you can consider getting them later once we have confirmation on the upcoming flbs (if we dont get orologia ofc for that summer time anni character drop 🤣) In regards to pns weapon, i am indeed seeing them on a down trend (or in the case of fire i never really considered scale that great since they had a lot of options at that point even before overrider). That said i still prefer it in spam teams that utilize small number multi-hits (90k for 8-12 hits goes hard when that goes up to 390k for 8-12 hits with 2 scales and 2 skill sups before skill cap), and less for the percival/zeta/wilnas spam i have been seeing in burst setups.

Wouldn´t be Spinnah better than V.Grimnir in 1 turn burst ?
Grim is used since he needs no additional buttons. Spinnah needs at least 1 so if you really need extra damage I suppose
